From now on you can register for the 45th Annual conference of the DGfS in Cologne. The online registration ends on 5 March 2023 in the evening. After that you can register on site.

If you register by 31.01.2023, you will receive the early bird discount.
The reduced conference fee for non-DGfS members applies to people without income and people from non-Western countries.
For Bachelor and Master students the conference is free of charge. However, online registration is still required. Please present your student ID when picking up your name tag at the conference.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer. As soon as you have registered, you will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail. After your registration has been processed, you will be sent an invoice in PDF format with all the payment details
If you pay by bank transfer after February 20, 2023, we ask you to present a bank transfer slip from your bank on site.
If you decide to attend our conference at very short notice, you will have the option to pay the conference fee in cash on site. We also offer on-site payment in cash to persons from non-European countries, for whom a bank transfer would result in considerable additional costs.
Childcare
If it is not possible for you as parents to organize suitable care for your children, we would like to offer you to make use of the professional care provided by the University of Cologne. For our planning purposes, we ask that you register for childcare by Jan. 31, 2023. Please also inform us by e-mail to DGfS-2023

Conference dinner
The conference dinner will take place in Haus Unkelbach. The dinner will be served as a buffet with several courses including meat and vegan options. The price of 35 Euro includes only food. Drinks are paid on site.
