Technical equipment in the workshop rooms
The workshop rooms are equipped with projectors, loudspeakers, blackboards, whiteboards and WIFI (see above). There are connections for HDMI, VGA and 3.5 mm phone jack (audio). Unfortunately, we cannot provide laptops or adapters. The workshop organizers will let you know whether or not to bring your own laptop. They will also let you know whether or not you should send them your presentation before the conference.
Workshops-integrated poster sessions take place in the workshop rooms. We will put up the poster walls in the rooms -- please contact the conference office for the exact times. The poster walls are large enough for A0 portrait and landscape formats.
